This Refund Policy strictly outlines EVCSM Skills' terms regarding course fees, non-refundable structures, and the specific alternative options available to you post-enrollment.

Core Protocol: Course Fees Are Strictly Non-Refundable

Once you enroll in and successfully pay for a course on our platform, the course fee becomes absolutely non-refundable under any personal, technical, or external circumstances.

1. Fee Adjustment to Other Courses

While direct cash or bank refunds are not available in our ecosystem, you have the strategic option to adjust your course fee towards another academic program of your choice.

How Course Adjustment Works:

  • You can transfer your deposited course fee to any other structural course offered by EVCSM Skills.
  • If the new program is priced higher, you are required to pay the remaining difference.
  • If the new program costs less, the remaining delta amount will be applied as credit for future modules.
  • Crucial: Course adjustment requests must be officially initiated within 7 days of your initial enrollment.
  • Access to the original course materials will be permanently revoked once the adjustment is finalized.

2. When Refunds are Absolutely Not Possible

Our financial architecture strictly prohibits refunds in the following situations:

  • Course Already Initiated: Once you authenticate and access course materials, video feeds, or assignments, no refund is available.
  • Certificate Generated: If you have completed the modules and received your verifiable certificate, financial adjustments are locked.
  • Course Completed: Full or partial completion of the curriculum makes the fee permanently non-refundable.
  • Change of Mind: Personal behavioral reasons or a sudden change in career plans do not warrant a refund.
  • External Variables: Unforeseen illness, corporate job changes, or other personal environmental situations are not eligible.
  • Technical Bottlenecks: Local technical difficulties on your hardware/network do not qualify for refunds. We provide 24/7 support to resolve these instead.

3. Course Suspension & Continuation

If You Need to Halt Your Program:

  • You can formally request a temporary suspension (freeze) of your course timeline for a maximum duration of 3 months.
  • Your portal access will be entirely locked during this frozen period.
  • Zero additional charges or penalty fees apply for executing the suspension period.
  • Post the 3-month window, you can resume execution or convert the balance to a course adjustment.
  • Note: Initiating a suspension does not entitle you to trigger a refund.

Note: Under no circumstances is cash refunded; the monetary value is purely credited as internal course fee balance.

7. Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

The Following Micro-Transactions Are Strictly Non-Refundable:

  • Base course registration and initial seat enrollment fees.
  • Final certification examination and processing fees.
  • Digital proctoring operational fees for secure online exams.
  • Document verification algorithms and KYC processing charges.
  • Any miscellaneous backend administrative execution fees.

8. Cancellation & Discontinuation

If EVCSM Skills Halts a Course:

  • You will be immediately offered a completely free transfer/upgrade to a similar or higher-value architectural course.
  • While no direct refund will be deployed, you will maintain absolute access to all equivalent course benefits.
  • You will be formally notified via registered email at least 30 days prior to any structural discontinuation.
